Biography
James W. Barrett is an associate with Hart Kienle Pentecost and is a member of the manufactured housing team. His practice focuses on representing mobile home park owners in all types of legal matters, including landlord-tenant disputes, operational matters, evictions, and injunctions.
Prior to joining Hart Kienle Pentecost, James had two years of experience handling real estate matters, administrative hearings, employment matters and workers comp actions as an associate at a Newport Beach law firm.
