Megan Milne

Megan Milne is an associate with Hart Kienle Pentecost and is a member of the litigation and manufactured housing practices. Her practice focuses on representing mobile home and recreational vehicle park owners in all types of legal matters, including landlord-tenant disputes and operational matters. She advises property owners and managers in the manufactured housing and mobile home park industries on compliance with the Mobilehome Residency Law (MRL), and also advises property owners and managers in the recreational vehicle park industry on compliance with the Recreational Vehicle Park Occupancy Law (RVPOL). Ms. Milne’s goal is to provide a practical, solutions-oriented approach to resolve conflicts efficiently, and protect clients’ long-term operational interests.

Ms. Milne received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from the University of California Irvine in 2020, and her law degree from Western State College of Law in 2023. During law school, Ms. Milne served as the Business Editor for Western State’s Law Review, an Honors Moot Court member, a Legal Writing Dean Fellow, and an Editor for the Orange County Lawyer Magazine.
