Biography
Megan Milne was recently hired at HKP as a law clerk during her summer break. She is entering her third and final year at Western State College of Law this fall and will soon after take the California State Bar exam. Megan has previously worked as a file clerk for a worker’s compensation defense firm and also a law firm specializing in manufactured home communities. She has also worked in the Orange County District Attorney’s Office and for a solo practitioner specializing in personal injury and employment law. When Megan is not in school or working, she can be found outdoors where she has a passion for hiking by the beach, snowboarding, and traveling to national parks. Also a seasoned athlete, Megan played competitive volleyball and medaled in nationwide competitions for rowing at UCI. She is also an incredibly active student being a member of Law Review and Honors Moot Court. Megan also is a Writing Dean Fellow who helps first year law students in their first semester Legal Writing Class and an editor for OC Lawyer Magazine.
