What will California look like after June 15?
California is fully reopening its economy with businesses resuming normal operations (with limited exceptions for Mega Events). The new State Public Health Order, effective June 15, replaces previous health orders issued by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH). What do California employers need to know?
Most employers are subject to the Cal/OSHA COVID-19 Prevention Emergency Temporary Standards (ETS). The Cal/OSHA Standards Board will vote on these revisions to the Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) at their meeting on June 17, 2021. Find more details about the COVID-19 Prevention ETS in the Frequently Asked Questions.
