We are pleased to announce that Hart King has changed its name to Hart Kienle Pentecost, effective January 1, 2022. The name is changing to reflect new firm leadership and to confirm the enduring advocacy and exceptional legal services our clients have come to expect since the firm was founded in 1982. This name change completes the transition and transfer of firm ownership from our colleague and founder, Bill Hart, to long-time firm partners, Andrew Kienle and John Pentecost.
John has been with the firm since 1988, and leads the firm’s highly regarded manufactured housing practice. The expertise of John and his team of manufactured housing attorneys has earned respect and garnered exceptional results industry-wide.
Andrew has been with the firm since 2000, and leads the firm’s civil litigation and transactional departments. Over the past twenty years, Andrew has established himself as the firm’s specialist in trust and estate disputes, and oversees an exceptional team of litigation attorneys handling complex business, real estate and employment matters and seasoned lawyers specializing in business, real estate and employment transactions.
Andrew and John will lead the firm into 2022 and beyond with a shared commitment to maintain and deliver the personalized and full-service legal expertise that has been the cornerstone of the firm for the last 40 years.
Thank you for allowing Hart Kienle Pentecost to continue to be your trusted legal advisors. The Hart Kienle Pentecost (aka HKP) team wishes everyone a prosperous, healthy and happy new year!
